As a member of the Kodak Promise of Excellence program, I garantee that you will be completely satisfied with the photographic session and resulting images at the time of delivery. This means I will deliver a pleasant and professional portrait sitting experience along with finished images that are consistent with the customer's expectations. If a customer is unhappy either with the portrait session experience or the resulting portraits at the time of delivery, I will, at my expense, reshoot, reprint, or refund your money.

I will also garantee that all of your portraits are made with the finest KODAK PROFESSIONAL film, papers, and cemicals. I will also use only KODAK PROFESSIONAL labs for all work garanteed under this program.

KODAK PROFESSIONAL guarantees that, after the sale, you will be completely satisfied with the quality of the prints for a lifetime, as per the following:

If at any time after the sale you are not satisfied with the portrait prints due to product performance, KODAK PROFESSIONAL will pay for a replacement print made through a Promise of Excellence member lab provided the negative or digital file is available and is in good condition.

*To qualify, images must have been created on a KODAK Professional Film, developed in Kodak chemicals, and printed on a KODAK Professional Paper. The original negative or digital file must be available, in good condition, for this guarantee to remain in effect
