The Wedding Budget
The average wedding today costs $22,000. If you are on a smaller budget you will need to prioritize so that your wedding can have the things that are most important to you. The fee for a photographer normally ranges from $500 to $3500 depending on the quality and the package being offered. Get the exact cost up front. You don"t want any surprise costs later. Also, get a list of the studio's reprint prices too. The studio may have very reasonable packages, but charge an extremely high amount for additional reprints and albums.

Photography should normally be 8% to 10% of your wedding budget. However, if that is not enough to purchase the service you want, you can always cut back in other areas. Change the percentages around to fit your needs.
